Pauline weighed more than 700 pounds at one time in her life, when she held the Guinness World Record for the World’s Heaviest Female in 2011.

Carly, identified as a Cocker Spaniel, has become a symbol of resilience and maternal devotion, staying with her puppies until the very end despite the lack of food, water, and shelter.
