Married to Shante Broadus since 1997, Snoop, born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., has four children: Corde, Cordell, Cori, and Julian. One of the most defining moments in Snoop’s life was the loss of his grandson, Kai Love, who passed away in 2019 at just 10 days old. Founded in 1991 by BYU students Dave Boyce and Bob Ahlander, BYU Vocal Point is a nine-member acapella group that quickly gained immense popularity on campus and finished fifth in NBC’s third season of The Sing-Off.
In 2018, they announced a record deal with Universal Music Group’s classical label, Decca Gold. Jason Bromley, one of the group’s members, remarked: “We’re ordinary college students doing extraordinary things”.
